"El Abuelo" oak tree

Honey oak of great cultural and natural interest, given its longevity of nearly five hundred years, of great size and dimensions, characteristics that give it the popular name of El Abuelo (the grandfather). It is located in the Sierra Madrona Quintana Massif, near Peña de Don Rodrigo, next to the Robledo de las Hoyas road, a site of great ecological value, within the municipality of Fuencaliente.
